At Able Window Cleaning, we provide a high-standard, reliable service. To keep our rounds efficient and fair for all our customers across West Sussex, we operate under the following professional guidelines.
1. Service Frequency & Pricing
We offer regular cleaning cycles to keep your home looking its best year-round.
Regular Cycles: We typically visit every 4, 6, or 8 weeks.
Longer Cycles: We are happy to provide 12-weekly cleans; however, please note that these incur an additional cost. This covers the extra labor and time required to shift the heavier dirt buildup that accumulates over a longer period.
2. Working Hours & Communication
Our Hours: We work from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm. During winter, we finish earlier to ensure all work is completed in proper daylight for a perfect finish.
The 24-Hour Text: We will send you a courtesy text 24 hours in advance of your scheduled clean. This is your reminder to leave side gates unlocked or move vehicles for access.
3. Cancellations & Notice
Because we maintain a constant waiting list, our time slots are in high demand.
The 4:00 pm Rule: If a visit is not required, you must notify us by 4:00 pm the day before your scheduled clean.
Late Notice: Messaging us at 11:00 pm at night or 8:00 am on the morning of the clean does not allow us enough time to reallocate your slot to another customer.
Reliability: Please note that repeated cancellations, poor payment history, or repeated locked gates will result in your property being removed from our regular round.
4. Payments
We make settling your bill simple and flexible.
First Cleans & One-Offs: For all first-time cleans and one-off visits, payment is required in advance or at the time of cleaning.
Payment Methods: We accept GoCardless (Direct Debit), Stripe (Card), Bank Transfer, and Cash.
5. Our All-Weather Policy
Able Window Cleaning works through the rain (short of storm-like conditions).
It is not viable to run a reliable, year-round service in the UK if we stop every time it rains. Our pure-water system delivers a perfect, streak-free finish regardless of wet weather, ensuring your home stays on its regular schedule.
6. Access & The "Able" Guarantee
Locked Gates: If we arrive and cannot access the rear of your property, we will clean the front and any accessible windows. We cannot return to finish the rear until your next scheduled visit.
Our Guarantee: Every standard visit includes a thorough scrub of your glass, frames, and sills. If you aren’t 100% happy, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area free of charge.
